CIP (Cleaning In Place) WASHING SYSTEM

Washing CIP made with Aisi 304 stainless steel tanks and pipes.

 

Both electric and steam heating.

 

Tanks insulated with rock wool and lined with stainless steel sheet for heated washing solutions.

 

Complete with level, temperature and conductivity probes (optional).

 

Manual or servo-controlled valves depending on the level of automation required.

 

Both in the semi-automatic version (only automatic temperature control) or even in the fully automatic version with operator interface to be able to decide on washing product dosages and cycle times.
